With the goal of investing, constructing, managing, operating and developing a comprehensive commercial center and providing related services, including: food and beverage services, children's play areas and leasing of counters, shelves, and sales spaces that have been fully invested, constructed, installed, and decorated. Renting and subleasing premises, warehouses, halls and other items in the commercial center.
The project has an expected land use scale to receive transfer of about 84,998.5m2 , the state-managed land interspersed in the project does not ensure the conditions and criteria to separate into an independent project according to Decision No. 19/2024/QD - UBND dated October 11, 2024 of the City People's Committee with an area of about more than 3,871.57m2 .
The total construction floor area is approximately 195,073 m2 (excluding the basement). Specifically, phase 1 (commercial center 1) has a construction floor area of approximately 113,921 m2 ; phase 2 (commercial center 2 and parking building) has a construction floor area of approximately 81,152 m2 .
The project has a total investment capital of 5,400 billion VND (1,080 billion VND is the investor's contributed capital, 4,320 billion VND is mobilized capital). The project is located in Binh Nhut area, Long Hoa ward, Binh Thuy district, Can Tho city and has a term of 50 years from the date of Decision 2579/QD-UBND.
The project has 2 implementation phases. Phase 1 (Trade Center 1) is expected to complete relevant administrative procedures, start construction, complete construction and put the project into operation within 36 months from the date of issuance of this decision.
Phase 2 (Commercial Center 2 and parking building) will be implemented within 10 years after the opening of phase 1 and depending on the local and regional economic situation.
Can Tho City People's Committee requests the investor - Hoa Lam Can Tho Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to comply with the law and implement the project according to the objectives and construction items proposed by the investor.
At the same time, relevant agencies and units are responsible for monitoring the project implementation process. At the same time, the Departments coordinate with the People's Committee of Binh Thuy District to guide investors to carry out relevant procedures in accordance with regulations.
