Propaganda must create high unity of thought and action throughout the Party, consensus in society to successfully organize the Party Congress at the commune level and the 1st Gia Lai Provincial Party Congress. At the same time, encourage cadres, Party members and people to promote patriotism, national pride, aspirations to rise up, and determination to successfully implement the resolutions of the congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.
The congress propaganda work is organized into 4 peak phases, starting from July 2025 until after the 14th National Party Congress. The propaganda content focuses on outstanding achievements, draft congress documents, growth pillars, breakthroughs, results of the 2020-2025 term, affirming the Party's leadership role, the historical significance of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, as well as the expectations and trust of the people.
Various propaganda methods were used in newspapers, electronic information portals, social networks, oral propaganda, visual agitation, cultural and artistic activities, launching patriotic emulation movements, organizing competitions to learn about Party congresses, etc. Provincial newspapers opened columns and pages on congresses, organized discussions, published comments on draft documents and broadcast live art programs to celebrate the success of the congresses.
The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department guides, directs and organizes the implementation of propaganda on mass media; presides over the issuance of propaganda materials; coordinates to grasp public opinion and promptly orients public opinion. Departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations organize activities to welcome the congress and launch exciting emulation throughout the province.
The serious and synchronous implementation of the propaganda plan not only contributes to the successful organization of congresses at all levels but also strongly arouses the aspiration to develop Gia Lai province in the new period.
