On July 16, 1999, Hanoi became the first Asian city to be honored with the title “City for Peace ” by UNESCO. Over the past 25 years, Hanoi has continuously developed, grown strongly, and achieved proud achievements, not only deserving the noble title but also promoting this title, actively contributing to the development of the capital in the current integration period.
