The list of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan of Dong Da district includes 25 projects with a total area of nearly 13.66 hectares. The People's Committees of these districts shall organize inspections of the implementation of land use plans; promptly detect and handle violations of land use plans; strengthen inspections and supervision of the implementation of land use plans to ensure the feasibility of the 2025 land use plan; balance and determine capital sources to implement the land use plan to ensure the feasibility of the land use plan.
The People's Committees of these 8 districts are responsible for reporting the results of land use plan implementation before October 15.
The Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hanoi City is responsible for implementing land allocation, land lease, and land use purpose conversion in accordance with the approved land use plan. This Department is assigned to organize inspection of the implementation of the land use plan; regularly update works and projects (qualified) to submit to the City People's Committee for approval to supplement the annual land use plan list according to regulations.
