Hai Duong increased 25 ranks in administrative reform index

2023 Administrative Reform Index Ranking of provinces and cities nationwide

On the morning of April 17, in Hanoi , the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform organized the announcement of the 2023 Administrative Reform Index (PAR Index) and the 2023 Satisfaction Index on Administrative Services (SIPAS) of ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities.

With 87.84 points, Hai Duong 's PAR Index in 2023 ranked 22nd out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide, up 25 places compared to 2022 (in 2022, Hai Duong reached 83.52 points, ranking 47th nationwide). Hai Duong 's SIPAS in 2023 ranked 3rd nationwide with 90.23%, up 9 places compared to 2022.

The 2023 Administrative Service Satisfaction Index Ranking was announced by the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform.

According to the assessment of the Government's Steering Committee for Administrative Reform, in 2023, the PAR Index of ministries, branches and local People's Committees achieved quite comprehensive results in all fields. The 2023 administrative reform index of provinces and cities has returned to a positive growth trajectory, with the average value in 2023 reaching 86.98%, 2.19% higher than in 2022. This is the 5th consecutive year that the administrative reform index of localities has achieved an average value of over 80%.

Regarding the Satisfaction Index on Administrative Services, people's satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies in general nationwide in 2023 was at 82.66%, an increase of over 2.6% compared to 2022. People's satisfaction with the services of State administrative agencies in 63 provinces and cities is in the range of 75.03% - 90.61%.
