According to GizChina , although MWC 2024 is still nearly 2 weeks away, the render image of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra has been revealed by MySmartPrice , showing that Xiaomi will abandon some ideas from the previous generation. Instead of choosing green, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come in two classic colors: black or white. Of these, the black version has a pure leather-like pattern on the back, while the white version has a glossier back thanks to the glass.

Another difference between the Xiaomi 14 Ultra and its predecessor is the more protruding camera block, although it itself has not changed in appearance, keeping the camera, flash and Leica logo in the same position. On the right side of the device there is a volume rocker. On the bottom edge is a place for the USB-C port, speaker grille and hole for the microphone.
Recent reports suggest that the top-end version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage, limited to the black version. The white version will come in 16/256GB or 16/512GB configuration options. The phone is also said to come with a premium titanium frame, similar to flagship smartphones like the Galaxy S24 Ultra or iPhone 15 Pro.
Other notable hardware features on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip with Adreno 750 graphics, a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 2K resolution for a 120 Hz refresh rate, a 3-camera system with 50 MP resolution on the rear, a 32 MP camera on the front for selfie needs, a 5,300 mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging or 50W super-fast wireless charging, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, IP68 water and dust resistance, and HyperOS running on Android 14.
