"The teachers all stood fanning like that for quite a long time, fanning one group first and then another. It must have come from their love for their students that they did that," said Mr. Tu.
Accidentally surfing social media and seeing her daughter being fanned by her teacher, Ms. Nguyen Mai (Hoc Mon district) immediately downloaded the photo and showed it to her family members.
"Sometimes I feel like the teachers take better care of my daughter than I do. Every day after school, my daughter shows off that her teacher tied her hair for her, each day in a different style. The way she talks about her teacher shows how much she loves school," Mai shared.
The beautiful action of the primary school teacher received many compliments from the online community.
Sharing with reporters on the afternoon of May 30, Mr. Hoac Tuan Hung, Vice Principal of Tay Bac Lan Primary School, said that the school held a closing ceremony for the 2023-2024 school year on the morning of May 30, with about 1,400 students. Mr. Hung was very surprised when the photos of teachers received many compliments from the online community, because these are just small, simple things that any teacher would be willing to do for their students.
Mr. Hung said that the school has two large umbrellas, and if there is more funding, they will rent industrial fans. The school yard is quite cool in the morning, but by 9am it starts to get hotter.
"The school does not require teachers to fan the students, but during the ceremony, the students were so hot that the teachers had to "take action". The teachers' room had so many paper fans that they brought them out to the school yard and used them all up. The teachers took turns fanning the groups of students until the end of the program," Mr. Hung shared.
