Announcement from Ninh Van Bay Tourism Real Estate JSC (stock code NVT) - owner of the luxury resort Six Senses Ninh Van Bay - announced that Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Han, also known as Miss Ngoc Han - is no longer holding the position of Deputy General Director after 2 years in this position.

The decision to dismiss her was based on Miss Ngoc Han's resignation letter due to the need to focus on other personal goals. Recently, the beauty queen announced her decision to study for a master's degree in Theory and History of Applied Art at the Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts.

Miss Ngoc Han resigns as Deputy General Director at the company that owns the luxury resort Six Senses Ninh Van Bay

According to the company's 2023 Annual Report, Miss Ngoc Han has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Fine Arts and has worked continuously in the fields of culture, art, fashion and media for more than 10 years. Miss Ngoc Han was appointed Deputy General Director of NVT from March 16, 2022. During her tenure in this position, Miss Ngoc Han will receive a salary of more than VND 933 million in 2022 (about VND 98 million/month) and VND 1.4 billion in 2023 (about VND 117 million/month).

Ninh Van Bay is a tourism real estate company specializing in investing, constructing, and operating high-end eco-resorts in Vietnam. The company operates mainly in the field of resort tourism by putting into operation luxury resorts such as Six Senses Ninh Van Bay, Emralda Ninh Binh, Lac Viet New Tourist City, Six Senses Sai Gon River... In which, Six Senses Ninh Van Bay is considered the "golden goose" of the company, one of the most famous resorts in Vietnam.

At the end of the first quarter of 2024, NVT brought in nearly VND 114 billion in revenue, an increase of 23% over the same period last year, and a profit after tax of nearly VND 16.6 billion instead of a net loss of nearly VND 5.6 billion as in the first quarter of 2023. According to NVT, this result is thanks to promoting marketing and business with foreign customers.

The company's business situation in 2023 also recovered when it reached a total revenue of more than 377 billion VND, equivalent to the company earning more than 1 billion VND per day. The total revenue in 2023 was also more than 40 billion VND higher than in 2022. As a result, NVT achieved a pre-tax profit of more than 51.8 billion VND in 2023, nearly double the profit of 29 billion VND in the previous year.
