"Our coaching staff reacted because in this round, all teams have to compete for points to get into the top 8. In our opinion, Pham Van Thanh's goal was not offside. The referees need to review this play. If there is a mistake, there needs to be disciplinary action against the referee," said Mr. Huy.
Mr. Huy also said that Binh Dinh FC is trying hard in the last match of phase 1 to enter the top 8 with the efforts of the whole team, not depending on any individual.
There were many opportunities but SLNA's two "gunners" foreign players could not score any goals against Binh Dinh FC.
Having drawn points in this match, new coach Phan Nhu Thuat expressed regret that SLNA had created many good chances but failed to score any goals. "Both teams played well, both had many chances but were unlucky. We regret that our scoring opportunities were missed. But that's football.
