Are you afraid of unemployment after studying Korean language?

VnExpressVnExpress02/03/2024

I like to learn Korean, I plan to work as an interpreter or teach at a center in the future, but my relatives think that this industry is prone to unemployment.

I am in 12th grade and interested in Korean Language not because of Kpop or Kdrama but because I like to learn about Korean culture and people. I plan to work as an interpreter or teach Korean after studying Korean Language so that I can open a center. But my parents are afraid that it will be difficult to find a job after graduating from this major.

I am very confused, not knowing what to decide. I hope everyone can give me advice.
