Invitation to join the trade and investment promotion delegation combined with survey of the World Expo Osaka 2025 Exhibition

1. Objective

- Promote import-export business opportunities and investment with the Japanese market through trade programs, meetings, and direct work between Vietnamese enterprises and business support organizations, import-export partners, wholesale and retail distribution, production and investment in Japan;

- Promote the image of Vietnamese businesses and brands.

2. Scale: 15 - 20 agencies and enterprises.

3. Expected time: From September 7 to 14, 2025

4. Location: In Osaka, Shikoku (Tokushima) and Kobe, Japan.

5. Program (expected):

- Attend Vietnam Day at World Expo Osaka 2025 and Vietnam - Japan Business Exchange Program within the framework of the Exhibition; Survey World Expo Osaka 2025.

- Surveying the market, distribution channels, logistics systems, investment models, etc. of Japan. Visiting and working with some import-export, distribution, wholesale, retail, and logistics contacts in Japan. Connecting trade between Vietnamese and Japanese enterprises in Osaka and Shikoku.

6. Industry: Multi-industry, prioritizing the fields of mechanics, agricultural products, food, furniture, wood products, plastics, toys, textiles, footwear, handicrafts, information technology, new technology, digital transformation, green energy...

7. Participants: Enterprises of all economic sectors; business and investment support organizations (Trade Promotion Centers, Industry Associations); industrial parks, export processing zones, representatives of ministries, branches and localities.

8. Criteria for selecting participating businesses

- Enterprises that need to attract investment from Japan, have production and export business capacity to Japan, have the purpose and prospect of developing the Japanese market in the above target product lines of the Program.

- The personnel sent by the business to join the Delegation must be capable of conducting international trade transactions with potential partners in Japan.

- Enterprises submit application documents within the prescribed deadline.

9. Participation costs: Agencies and businesses sending participants are responsible for paying for themselves.
