The Provincial Literature and Arts Association currently has 229 members (HV) operating in 9 specialized branches. In 2023, the Association will promote the study and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in conjunction with improving the quality of literary and artistic works to effectively serve local political tasks. Organized for HVs to go on creative field trips to Bac Ai, Ninh Son, Thuan Bac districts and the Central Highlands and Southern provinces, creating many literary, photographic, theatrical and fine arts works. Reviewed and assessed 44 outlines that met the quality of content to register for support in creating literary and artistic works.
