At the conference, the Department of Education and Training announced and handed over decisions on the transfer and appointment of 34 heads and deputy heads of professional and technical departments of the Department of Education and Training and 362 principals, vice principals, directors and deputy directors of units under the Department of Education and Training. After the arrangement of provincial administrative units, the Department of Education and Training has 8 professional and technical departments and 131 affiliated public service units.
