Over the past 20 years, since the National Day for National Security Protection was launched, the movement has spread widely and developed strongly in the ward, attracting a large number of people to participate in the fight against and suppression of crimes, social evils and violations of the law. In particular, after merging administrative units, Phan Rang ward has gradually stabilized its organizational structure, increased the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, and maintained political security and social order and safety in the area.

Currently, the whole ward maintains 10 models with 42 self-managed security and order teams, actively operating in residential areas and neighborhood groups. Many models have been and are being effective such as: "Youth shock team on security and order", "Joining hands to help people reintegrate into the community", "Security cameras", "Self-management model, inter-family security teams, crime-free neighborhood groups"... Through these models, people are increasingly aware of the role of "each citizen is a soldier", creating a solid people's security posture, contributing to helping Phan Rang ward maintain political stability, social order and safety, not allowing hot spots to arise, reducing crimes and social evils in the area.
