Contest for workers on the occasion of Lunar New Year

On January 12, the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union organized a contest to display flower pots on Tet holiday, Tug of War and Sack Jumping among workers on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Federation and the Provincial Industrial Parks Trade Union awarded the First Prize in the Tet Flower Pot Display Contest to the Trade Union of Yakjin Vietnam Co., Ltd.

At the competition, 20 grassroots trade union units participated in the Tet flower pot display competition; 28 units participated in the sack race relay and 22 units participated in the tug of war competition. The units competed with a spirit of solidarity, enthusiasm and determination to win. In addition, union members and workers who came to the competition also participated in the exchange, learned about the trade union organization, labor law and received many meaningful gifts.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Encouragement prizes and some additional prizes to the participating units. In particular, the First Prize in the Tet Flower Pot Display Contest belonged to the Yakjin Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union; the First Prize in the Sack Jump Relay Contest was jointly awarded to the Seshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. Trade Union and the ARP Vina Co., Ltd. Trade Union; the First Prize in the Tug of War Contest belonged to the Tasa Group Joint Stock Company Trade Union.

Through the contest, it contributes to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among union members and workers during Tet; creating conditions for union members and workers to exchange, connect, and participate in healthy and useful recreational activities; thereby arousing the spirit of solidarity, improving physical and mental health, creating motivation to compete in production and completing tasks well. At the same time, it contributes to preserving and promoting the beauty of the traditional Tet culture of the nation.
