The contest is an activity to welcome the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Tuyen Quang province, term 2024-2029. Thereby, creating a useful and healthy playground, improving the cultural and spiritual life of union members and young people; thereby discovering artistic talents to nurture as the core for the cultural and artistic movement in localities.
At the end of the preliminary round, the Organizing Committee will select 20 excellent candidates to participate in the final round. The final round is expected to be held in July 2024.
