This morning (July 15), the Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the Academy of Public Administration and Management held a closing ceremony and awarded university degrees for the second batch of 2025 to more than 300 students. Of which, 3 valedictorians, 3 excellent students, and 7 students with achievements in class management were recognized and rewarded.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Truong Cong Hoa, Director of the Academy of Public Administration and Management in Ho Chi Minh City, shared: "In a world that is constantly moving and changing, adapting to change requires the training process at the school to always change to meet the requirements of the domestic and international context and situation. The context of the revolution in organizing the apparatus 'running and lining up', associated with many times of arranging and merging the academy, but the academy still always pays attention to the quality of the training process".

Specifically, according to Dr. Hoa, in addition to providing basic knowledge of the industry and major, knowledge of integration, in each lesson and lecture, the academy and its branches always pay attention to developing standard behavior and professional ethics for learners, nurturing the attitude and enthusiasm of future cadres, civil servants and public employees towards serving the people and the spirit of dynamism, innovation, creativity, daring to think, daring to do and daring to take responsibility for the common good.

In this era, our country must have high-quality human resources to serve sustainable development. The Director of the Academy of Public Administration and Management in Ho Chi Minh City said: "Receiving a bachelor's degree is not only a recognition of what you have learned but also a great responsibility that you will shoulder today and in the future." He also expressed his hope that many of the new graduates graduating today will become diligent officials and civil servants of the country's public service, graduate students, and researchers at the Academy of Public Administration and Management.
