The 2nd Thanh Nien Open 3-Cushion Billiards Tournament - Viet Value Cup 2023 took place on June 24 at Nguyen Du Club (HCMC) with professional support from the District 1 Sports Center of HCMC and the Billiards Department of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of HCMC. This year's prize structure has also increased compared to last year.
