On the morning of August 30, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Literature and Arts Association held the opening ceremony of a photography and fine arts exhibition to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1945-2024), the 55th anniversary of the founding of the Quang Ninh Literature and Arts Association September 8 (1969-2024), towards the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital October 10 (1954-2024), and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army December 22 (1944-2024).
The exhibition introduces to the public 100 high-quality works by members of the Quang Ninh Literature and Arts Association and a number of collaborators created from August 2023 to present.
The exhibition aims to spread the immortal spirit of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, introduce to the public and visitors the values of photography and fine arts in particular, and literature and arts in general, continue to promote soft power, contribute to promoting socio -economic development, maintain national security and defense, become endogenous strength, the driving force for rapid and sustainable development.
On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Literature and Arts Association organized propaganda on Resolution 17 dated October 30, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee on building and promoting cultural values and people of Quang Ninh to become endogenous resources and driving forces for rapid and sustainable development; summarizing creative camps in 2024 and holding a discussion on improving the quality of literary and artistic creation.
