The Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen application currently has many features that users need to pay attention to, such as: Electronic health records, can view medical examination and treatment information on the application, information about test indicators; Look up student records, parents or guardians can look up student records information in the city... In particular, the most prominent feature is the citizen feedback feature via hotline 1022. Citizens can send feedback and recommendations to hotline 1022 on issues that need daily feedback, such as: electricity, water supply and drainage, telecommunications, traffic, trees, public administrative services...
