Khanh Hoa approves the construction zoning plan of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park
The construction zoning plan (scale 1/200) of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is oriented to form a large-scale concentrated industrial park.
Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council has just approved the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/200) of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park with an area of 187.39 hectares.
According to the Report of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the planning location of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is in Van Hung commune, Van Ninh district and Ninh Tho commune, Ninh Hoa town.
The objective of the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/200) of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is to concretize the Khanh Hoa Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; Adjust the general construction plan of Van Phong Economic Zone to 2040, with a vision to 2050.
In particular, the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/200) of the Industrial Park (Doc Da Trang) is oriented to form a large-scale concentrated industrial park, creating a driving force for socio-economic development of Van Ninh district and Ninh Hoa town, associated with infrastructure works and synchronous urban and service development in Van Phong Economic Zone.
In particular, Khanh Hoa province prioritizes the development of social housing and trade union institutions to meet the essential needs of workers and laborers working in industrial parks.
At Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, Khanh Hoa province will attract investors focusing on areas such as mechanical assembly, construction materials, electronic manufacturing, high-tech products, textiles, food processing, handicrafts and some other industrial sectors... with advanced technology and encouraging environmentally friendly technologies.
At the same time, the Construction Zoning Plan (scale 1/200) of Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is the basis for preparing investment documents for construction and business of industrial park infrastructure, construction management and development control according to the approved plan.
In terms of nature, Doc Da Trang Industrial Park is a functional area identified in the Project to Adjust the General Construction Planning of Van Phong Economic Zone approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 298/QD-TTg, a concentrated industrial production area with industries in the fields mentioned above.
