The project has a total investment of more than 641 billion VND on an area of about 7.07 hectares. Phu Ha New Urban Area includes 95 commercial townhouses and 125 adjacent houses with many different areas. For MK Central City Social Housing Area, it has an area of 5,694m2, 16 floors high, 2 twin towers with 350 apartments. According to the investor, up to now, the project has completed compensation and site clearance for over 96% of the total project area.

In the coming time, the Investor will continue to coordinate with relevant sectors to complete 100% of compensation and site clearance work to synchronously implement the construction of technical infrastructure systems. It is expected that the Investor will complete the construction of the technical infrastructure system in the third quarter of 2024 and simultaneously implement the investment in the MK Central City Social Housing project.

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: Phu Ha New Urban Area Project is the first project implemented by the Provincial People's Committee under the decentralization mechanism for the People's Committee of Phan Rang-Thap Cham City to manage and implement urban area projects with a scale of less than 20 hectares. The investment in the Project as well as calling for urban development projects in the province, aims to successfully implement Resolution No. 25-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on "Urban economic development, focusing on building Phan Rang-Thap Cham City into a Smart City, creating momentum for socio-economic development of the province by 2025, with a vision to 2030"; at the same time, contributing to achieving the goal of "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030" according to Decision No. 338/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister.

In order for the project to be implemented safely, with quality and on schedule, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Investor to continue to focus resources to accelerate the construction progress, complete and put the project into operation according to the set plan with the highest quality. At the same time, he requested the consulting units and contractors to strictly comply with construction standards and regulations; ensure quality, construction safety, labor safety and environmental sanitation. For the relevant local departments and branches, continue to accompany, support, create the best conditions, promptly advise and effectively resolve difficulties and problems for the investor so that the project implementation is smooth and completed on schedule.
