On the afternoon of September 28, a representative of the Traffic Police Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) said that the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Ninh City Police (Bac Ninh Province) had issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Mr. Le Ngoc (55 years old, residing in Tu Son City, Bac Ninh) for the crime of "Resisting a person on official duty".

Mr. Le Ngoc is an officer of the Industrial and Commercial Bank, Tien Son branch, Tu Son city.

Previously, at 10:00 p.m. on September 8, the patrol team of the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Province Police handled a special topic of alcohol concentration violations at Provincial Road 295B, Kha Le area (Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City), stopped and inspected a car with license plate 99A-010.XX driven by Mr. Le Ngoc.

The Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh coordinated with the Investigation Police Agency of Bac Ninh City Police to inspect and discover that driver Le Ngoc violated the alcohol concentration level of 0.118 mg/L of breath. This person also did not have a driver's license, vehicle registration, or vehicle inspection.

The working group has drawn up a record of administrative violations and temporarily detained the vehicle.
