That is the sharing of Mr. Bui Van Hiep - photographer of Wild Horse - about the income of photographers during the season when Moc Chau is in full bloom with plum blossoms.

Moc Chau Town ( Son La ) is a famous spring travel destination to see apricot and plum blossoms in the North every spring. Right after Tet, plum blossoms bloom white throughout the valleys in this dreamy town, causing the number of tourists coming to visit and check-in to increase dramatically.

Talking to Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Bui Van Hiep (photographer of Wild Horse) said that compared to last year, this year's flowers bloom evenly and are much more beautiful. Before Tet there were apricot blossoms, and after Tet there were wild peach blossoms and plum blossoms.

In Moc Chau town, there are about 30 photographers and they are always in high demand. Mr. Hiep's team alone has 3 people and is fully booked from January 30 (the 2nd day of Tet) to February 15.

"During peak times like this, I only take photos by the hour, not by the day. Depending on the number of people, the price for taking photos ranges from 500,000 - 600,000 VND/person/hour.

Customers will receive an unlimited number of original photos. Maximum 20 edited photos/customer," Mr. Hiep shared.

Before Tet, customers take pictures of cherry blossoms mainly on weekends. After Tet, photography services are in high demand every day. Especially, during the last 3 days of the week, the demand for photography skyrockets, and photographers are overwhelmed with work.

Besides taking photos, studios in Moc Chau also rent costumes and accessories of all kinds to serve the needs of tourists checking in and taking photos.

According to Quang Kien - a local tour guide, at this time in Moc Chau there are many beautiful plum blossom photography spots, however tourists only focus on a few tourist gardens.

"Tourists can choose hourly photography services or go on a tour to explore Moc Chau while taking photos. The 2-day, 1-night tour service costs about 2.5 - 3 million VND/person, including all costs of transportation from Hanoi, food, accommodation and photography.

With this service package, tourists will have their tour schedule designed according to their needs. We will also prepare picnic chairs, coffee pots, props... so that you can both go out and take "chill" photos, Quang Kien shared.

The first months of the year are always the time when Moc Chau welcomes the most visitors. According to young people working in tourism here, visitors should book in advance the services they need such as rooms, photography, tours, etc. to have the best experience.

In addition, tourists should also be careful when choosing and paying for travel services by pre-transfer to avoid fraud.
