These days, Lam Dong is actively preparing for the 3rd Golden Tourism Week in 2024, taking place from May 31 to June 6. In particular, the province's tourist service areas and facilities have simultaneously renovated and upgraded the quality of their tourism products.
Mr. Bui Tuan Kiet, Deputy CEO of Green Hill Company, Da Lat City, said: “Currently, the company is also preparing for the Golden Tourism Week, expanding check-in points, improving its areas to be more complete to welcome guests. Through that, we hope that more and more visitors from everywhere will come to Da Lat, and also hope to contribute our part to making the image of Da Lat become truly beautiful in the hearts of tourists”.
Along with ensuring the quality of services, Lam Dong province's tourism industry also launched the "golden day" and "golden hour" programs, attracting many units and businesses in the province to respond and implement promotional packages, such as hotel discounts, sightseeing ticket prices, giving away souvenirs, free tours, etc. to attract tourists.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, this year's Lam Dong Golden Tourism Week has the theme "Lam Dong - Rendezvous of Flowers and Music", which is an important event to kick off the peak summer tourism season in 2024. Therefore, in addition to ensuring the quality of service products, state management work in various fields is also being actively implemented by functional units in the province.
“We have contents to carry out our state management work, especially activities related to new products such as adventure sports. Currently, there are many agricultural tourism products in the province. We are also actively coordinating with the agriculture and rural development sector, with local authorities to review and support farmers to comply with regulations,” said Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Ngoc.
