Attending the inauguration and handover ceremony of the well and 2 rural bridges were Mr. Nguyen Huu Ngoc - Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh - Coordinator in Vietnam, members of Espérance ACTI/Switzerland; and representatives of local government and people of Hamlet 3, My An Commune and Hamlet 9, Tan Long Commune.

The project of water wells and the project of building 2 rural traffic bridges were sponsored by the organization Espérance ACTI/Switzerland and approved by the Provincial People's Committee, with an amount of more than 1.8 billion VND (water well project 825,500,000 VND; project of building 2 rural traffic bridges 1,000,000,000 VND). After the project was inaugurated and put into use, it contributed to helping local people have a clean water source, convenient for travel and production.
