Dong Giang District Front mobilized more than 1.1 billion VND to support the demolition of temporary houses.

(QNO) - On the afternoon of June 18, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Giang district held the 4th conference (term XIII) to review the work of the Front in the first 6 months of 2025.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Dong Giang District Front and its member organizations proactively propagated and mobilized people to implement new policies of the Party and State; propagated the arrangement of administrative units and streamlining of the organizational apparatus.

The Front coordinates with member organizations to conduct social supervision and criticism, contributing to Party building and building a clean and strong government. The district Front mobilizes more than 1.1 billion VND to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for poor households.

The District Fund for the Poor received 311 million VND, thereby supporting the construction of 5 solidarity houses for poor households. The Front mobilized more than 1,500 gifts with a budget of more than 850 million VND; received and distributed 7,000 kg of rice to 350 poor households and people affected by natural disasters and floods.
