Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Dong Da Ward People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Viet informed the members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Da Ward about the results in the first 12 days of implementing the two-level local government model.

The conference also voted to approve the personnel of the Committee members and the personnel holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward with 100% of the delegates attending in agreement with 2 comrades: Nguyen Kim Hong, Chairman of the Ward Veterans Association and Nguyen Mai Anh, Secretary of the Ward Youth Union.
