MB pioneers in supporting young people to buy houses with Dream Home credit package

(Chinhphu.vn) - Since March 2024, MB has taken the lead with "MB Dream Home", becoming the pioneer bank to deploy a credit package to support young people to buy houses.

On March 21, 2025, the Prime Minister officially launched a movement to support home loans for young people, creating opportunities for home ownership, stabilizing their lives and promoting the development of the real estate market. Immediately after that, many commercial banks introduced attractive incentive programs for young customers who want to "settle down and have a career".

Since March 2024, the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) has launched "MB Dream Home" - a credit package exclusively for customers aged 23-40, helping to share financial pressure in the process of building a home. Explaining MB's leadership in implementing a home purchase credit package for young people, Mr. Vu Hong Phu - Member of the Executive Board of the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB), said: MB strongly applies Big Data and AI to analyze customer data, so it recognizes the increasing trend of demand for housing among customers aged 23-40. Based on that data, MB soon designed a specialized credit package, anticipating market demand instead of just reacting to the general trend.

After one year of implementation, the program has achieved impressive results, while bringing practical value to society. "MB Dream Home" also contributes to the implementation of the investment project to build at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021 - 2030 according to Decision No. 444/QD-TTg in 2025 of the Prime Minister, accompanying housing development programs in many localities.

Sharing with reporters, Mr. Vu Hong Phu - Member of the Executive Board of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) said: " After nearly a year of implementation, MB has supported nearly 2,000 customers, disbursing about 3,000 billion VND for home loans. Notably, this loan package has no quantity limit, helping MB reach a large number of young customers."

With initial successes, MB continues to affirm its position as a pioneer bank by aiming to continue expanding the scale of MB Dream Home to 10,000 - 15,000 billion VND, creating conditions for young people to soon realize their dream of home ownership./.
