Attending the conference were more than 300 delegates, including leaders of provincial People's Committees, Propaganda Department, Department of Information and Communications, Border Guard Command, Public Security of provinces and cities, along with reporters, editors of press agencies, and officers in charge of foreign information work of 63 provinces and centrally-run cities.

At the conference, delegates were also updated on communication experience in foreign and international press; building local brands in the overall development of national brands; applying digital technology to communication and promotion...
The training course is an opportunity for delegates to update on popular communication trends and technologies, thereby contributing to improving the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work and promoting Vietnam's image in the new situation.
