Over the past 10 years, Thanh Hai commune has coordinated with Thanh Hai Border Guard Station to effectively implement the Project "Strengthening the dissemination of legal education for officials and people in border and island areas" in building and protecting the Fatherland. At the same time, 242 propaganda sessions on Vietnam Border Law, Vietnam Sea Law, Fisheries Law, etc. were organized, attracting 26,050 participants. Through these specific actions, it has contributed to raising the understanding of officials and people about the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's legal policies, and better understanding of the position, significance, and importance of sea and island sovereignty .

In the coming time, he requested that local Party Committees, authorities, Border Guard officers and soldiers continue to strengthen propaganda work, raise awareness among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life about the policy of restarting the construction of the Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Plant; promote the core role of the Border Guard force in coordinating with coastal sectors and localities to effectively maintain security and order, prevent and combat natural disasters and search and rescue at sea; continue to mobilize resources from the community to care for and help fishing households in difficult circumstances...
On this occasion, the Provincial Border Guard Command awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals; Ninh Hai District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals; Thanh Hai Commune People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement "All people participate in protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security in the new situation". The Border Guard and the Women's Union of Thanh Hai Commune presented 35 gifts to poor households and students with difficult circumstances in the commune.
