Due to the impact of storm No. 3, from the night of July 21 to noon of July 22, in the communes of Que Phong, Thong Thu, Tien Phong, Tri Le, Muong Quang, there continued to be rain, heavy rain with wind, so some streams, rivers, lakes continued to rise.
