Mr. Lam Van Ron, a village elder and a prestigious person in the Ta Mun community in Ninh Duc quarter, Ninh Thanh ward, Tay Ninh province, said that to celebrate this historic day, Mr. Ron mobilized people in the community to hang the national flag together to join the joyful atmosphere across the country. This event was widely publicized and popularized by him and the people in the community to help them understand the benefits and significance of the two-level local government. Through that, he saw that the new state apparatus has been streamlined, closer to the people, and improved in terms of expertise and quality of service to the people.
“The new Tay Ninh province has a large area and rich, abundant resources. I hope that the new Tay Ninh province will develop more and more in many fields. In the coming time, I will continue to promote the implementation of the two-level local government as well as the benefits of the people when carrying out administrative procedures with this new government apparatus,” said Mr. Ron.

As a retired cadre, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong (Trang Bang ward) was extremely excited when the local government apparatus became closer to the people. Ms. Huong shared: “When I heard that the government was streamlined to 2 levels, at first I was surprised, but when I learned about the new government apparatus, I saw that this was one of the administrative reforms, not only helping to streamline the administrative apparatus, reduce cumbersome but also serve the people better. As a retired teacher, hearing the leaders say that all paperwork-related matters are resolved at the ward, I was very happy because it will save time and costs”./.
