Before the important competition night, runner-up Ngoc Hang - Vietnam's representative was always in the Top outstanding contestants in this year's competition. After the performance, the MC officially announced the Top 20 Miss Intercontinental 2022 including representatives from: Sierra Leone , Zambia, Cameroon (Africa); Myanmar, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand (Asia - Pacific ); Czech Republic, Russia, Poland, Denmark, England, Finland, Serbia (Europe); Cuba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico (North America); Venezuela, Ecuador, Colombia (South America).

In the evening gown competition, Ngoc Hang wore an outfit called "Goddess wings" designed by Song Toan. It is known that this outfit weighs 20kg, inspired by the beauty of the Egyptian Queen and is made of mesh fabric, embellished with many different types of stones, creating interesting patterns on the surface of the material.

The Vietnamese representative continued to be named in the Top 7 with the title of Miss Intercontinental Asia - Oceania 2023. The remaining 6 faces include: Thailand (Power of Beauty), Serbia (voting award), Sierra Leone (Africa), Russia (Europe), Colombia (South America), Mexico (North America).

During the behavioral round, Ngoc Hang received the question: "What makes you different from the other beauties competing on stage tonight?". The Vietnamese representative confidently answered in English with the following content: "As a part of the Miss Intercontinental family, I have had many experiences and I realized that the most important thing is meeting talented, beautiful and hard-working girls.

I believe that I am a positive girl who creates connections with other contestants. That makes me think that I am different from other girls.

You know, before I came to Egypt, I told my fans in Vietnam that I wanted to bring the most beautiful images of Vietnamese women and the beauty of Vietnamese culture to friends across the continents so that they can learn more about my country's culture.

And right now, I'm in the Top 7, I've proven it, I did it. And I want to say: I'm Le Nguyen Ngoc Hang - Miss Intercontinental Vietnam 2023 and I'm ready to conquer the title of Miss Intercontinental 2023."
