A business from Ba Ria - Vung Tau became the investor to implement the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park project (Da Nang) with a total capital of more than 6,200 billion VND.

The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a decision approving the investor of the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (in Hoa Ninh Commune, Hoa Vang District, Da Nang).

Accordingly, Da Nang approved Thanh Binh Phu My Joint Stock Company (Ba Ria - Vung Tau province) as the investor to implement the above project.

The investment capital for the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (Phu My 3 Da Nang IP) is more than 6,200 billion VND.

Progress of basic construction and putting the project into operation or exploitation: no more than 42 months from the date of land handover by the State.

Investors comply with the provisions of law in implementing the project according to the decision approved by the competent authority. Implement investment in building the infrastructure system according to the construction plan of Hoa Ninh industrial park approved by the competent authority...

The project has a 50-year operating period from the date the State leases the land.

It is known that at the end of 2024, the Prime Minister approved the investment policy of Hoa Ninh Industrial Park (Da Nang). The Prime Minister assigned the People's Committee of Da Nang City to carry out procedures to approve investors according to regulations.

The project's objective is to invest in construction and business of industrial park infrastructure, with an area of 400.02 hectares.
