In 2023, the provincial military , police and border forces have done a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to concretize tasks and solutions to effectively implement directives and resolutions of the Party and State on national defense and security; strengthen coordination to seriously and effectively implement the tasks of protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety, fighting and preventing crimes and national defense tasks. Coordination and information exchange have become routine, situations related to security and order have been detected, advised and handled early, preventing complicated incidents from arising.

The conference discussed, evaluated, analyzed the results, shortcomings, limitations, causes and proposed solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of coordination work in the coming time, and at the same time determined the directions and tasks in 2024: Continue to seriously implement the contents of Decree No. 03/20219/ND-CP of the Government. Continue to improve the effectiveness of the work of grasping, assessing and forecasting the world, regional and domestic situations related to the impact on the interests, national security, territorial sovereignty of the Fatherland and the work of ensuring security, order and social safety. Improve the effectiveness of coordination work, advise Party committees and authorities at all levels to direct and coordinate with local agencies, departments, branches and organizations to mobilize the masses to participate in building the movement to protect national security, build people's security, and people's security posture. Focus on ensuring social security and security in key areas. Strengthen coordination and synchronously deploy plans and measures to combat and prevent all types of crimes. Maintain strict combat readiness regimes and effectively coordinate the implementation of military recruitment plans. Regularly exchange experiences and effectively coordinate in training and fostering cadres, and educate on national defense and security knowledge.
