9th grade female student falls from high floor of apartment building in Vinh Phuc

On October 25, Vinh Yen City Police ( Vinh Phuc ) are examining the scene and investigating the cause of the 9th grade female student falling from a high floor of an apartment building in the area.

At around 11am the same day, local residents discovered a female student falling from a high floor of the VCI Mountain View apartment building (Dinh Trung ward, Vinh Yen city) to the ground, suffering serious injuries. Local residents immediately reported to the authorities to come to the scene to provide first aid and take the victim to the hospital.

According to the security guard of the apartment building, the female student came from another place and asked a resident of the building for a ride, then suddenly went to the balcony area and jumped down.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
