Nui Phao contributes to "lighting up the countryside"

Nui Phao Mineral Exploitation and Processing Company Limited (Nui Phao Company) has just organized the handover of the project "Electricity to light up the countryside" to the people of Ha Thuong and Phuc Linh communes, along with the project "Drainage ditch" for 2 hamlets in Ha Thuong commune (Dai Tu).

The power line project has a total length of 2.5km with 67 light bulbs lighting up residential streets and cultural houses in the hamlets: Dong Gia, Suoi Cat (Ha Thuong), Soi, Tho and Ngoc Linh (Phuc Linh). Nui Phao Company supported 25 million VND, the rest was contributed by the people.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Thi, Vice Chairman of Ha Thuong Commune People's Committee, highly appreciated the significance of the project: Ha Thuong people are very happy and excited. Thanks to the "Electricity to light up the countryside" supported by Nui Phao Company, it has contributed to improving the appearance of the countryside, creating favorable conditions for people to travel at night, ensuring security and order.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nuong, Ngoc Linh hamlet, Phuc Linh commune, shared: The streets and alleys are bright, everyone is happy. Now in the evening, people can go to the yard to play sports , have neighborhood meetings, and have common activities much more conveniently than before. Thank you Nui Phao Company for caring about the lives of our people.

This is the 17th project in the program “Electricity to light up the countryside” implemented by Nui Phao Company since 2018, accompanying the locality in building a model new countryside. Up to now, more than 12km of lighting lines have been installed in many communes adjacent to the project, bringing light to every small alley and every rural road.

Along with that, Nui Phao Company has provided 40 million VND in support to build drainage ditches in Khuon Linh and Bai Bong hamlets (Ha Thuong) with a total length of 437m. After being supported by Nui Phao to widen the hamlet road to 6m, people continued to be supported to complete the drainage ditch system along the new road, contributing to improving the drainage system and preventing flooding during the rainy season.

Each light bulb lit, each completed canal section not only contributes to bringing practical benefits to people's lives, but also demonstrates the community responsibility and long-term commitment of Nui Phao Company in the journey of sustainable development with the locality.
