The Central Party Office has just issued an official dispatch informing the Politburo 's opinion on assigning Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to run the work of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee (term 2020-2025) until the position of Provincial Party Secretary is completed.
Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan was assigned by the Politburo to run Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Hai Ninh, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, was decided by the Central Executive Committee to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, and cease holding the position of Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to be appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice (August 27). At the same time, he was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Justice.
It is known that Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan was born on April 19, 1970, in Ninh Thuy ward, Ninh Hoa town, Khanh Hoa province.
He has a Bachelor of Judicial Law and a Bachelor of Party Building and State Administration.
In March 2016, Mr. Toan held the position of Head of the Organization Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
In February 2020, the 19th Conference of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Executive Committee elected him as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.
In October 2020, at the 18th Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, he was re-elected as Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
