This is the 14th time the Ashui Awards system has been held to honor architects with outstanding works, who are exemplary in the profession of architects, affirming the role of architects in society; valuable new architectural works; reputable contractors, construction engineering firms with high professional quality, and investors and real estate developers with many outstanding contributions to society; contributing to the sustainable development of the construction industry in Vietnam.
The Ashui Awards 2025 has 10 nominated categories, including: Architect of the Year; Building of the Year; Contractor of the Year; Investor of the Year; Engineering Firm of the Year; Future Project of the Year; Green Construction of the Year; Housing of the Year; Interior of the Year; Joint Project of the Year.
The nomination period starts from July 7th to October 31st. The expert panel will select the official nominees to enter the voting phase (December 2025). The results are expected to be announced on December 31st, 2025) based on the votes of the selection committee (70%) and the community (30%) via the awards website: https://ashui.com/awards/
The 14th Ashui Awards 2025 Award Ceremony and Exhibition are scheduled to be held on January 17, 2026 at Ashui Pavilion 2026 - ConsHub, National Convention Center ( Hanoi ).
