Accordingly, agencies, units, schools, socio- political organizations, businesses, and households in the area simultaneously carry out general environmental cleaning activities and plant trees to beautify the landscape of offices, public areas, and each residential area.
At the same time, each individual and each household must have a good cultural lifestyle; not paint, hang, or paste advertisements that violate regulations; not encroach on sidewalks and roads; not litter the environment; proactively detect and promptly report violations so that local authorities can handle them according to their authority.

During the 2025 field trip to do mass mobilization work of the 198th Special Forces Brigade, officers and soldiers of the unit will accompany villages and hamlets to clean up the environment; propagate and guide people about the policies of the Party and State; help families with meritorious services, poor households, and households with special difficulties; organize cultural and sports exchanges... Thereby, strengthening the bond between the army and the people and accompanying the locality in all political tasks.
The local political system will actively coordinate with officers and soldiers of the 198th Special Forces Brigade to effectively carry out mass mobilization work in ethnic minority areas, especially changing awareness in livestock farming practices, supporting people to move livestock pens away from their homes, and limiting pollution emissions that affect the living environment of their own families and residential areas.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, officers and soldiers of the 198th Special Forces Brigade and local people swept, cut grass, cleared bushes, and cleaned up the landscape and environment in the area of communal houses and rural roads.
