According to the report from the commune leaders, to prepare for the official operation on July 1, the Commune People's Committee had conducted a trial operation of the Commune Public Administration Service Center many days before. Every day, about 5 to 7 staff and volunteers guided people through the procedures.

This morning, Ta Hine Commune Public Administration Service Center began to guide and resolve administrative procedures for people and organizations in 3 areas: land procedures, civil status and socio-culture.

About 40 people came to the Center quite early to carry out administrative procedures. At the entrance of the center, officers of the unit and VNPT Lam Dong staff were on duty to support and guide people in carrying out operations and administrative procedures through the online public service portal system, and at the same time continue to transfer techniques to commune officials.
