After merging 3 communes (Cu Yen, Lien Son and 12 hamlets of Cao Son commune), Lien Son commune has a natural area of over 120.2 km2 , population of over 31,800 people. The commune has 44 hamlets, the rate of ethnic minorities is over 85%.
Currently, the commune's administrative headquarters is located at the headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Cu Yen commune (old), which is centrally located, convenient for transactions of people and businesses in the area. The basic facilities meet the working requirements of cadres and civil servants in the immediate period. The sense of responsibility of cadres and civil servants after the merger has basically become disciplined, making them feel secure in their work.
In practice, the commune government still faces some difficulties in state management in some areas; accessing and using new software for operating documents is still problematic. Regarding the operation of the Public Administration Service Center, the connection and integration of software systems are not synchronous, the processing speed is slow, and there are frequent disconnections, affecting the work progress of the staff, civil servants, and public employees...
The working group grasped the operational situation at the Lien Son Commune Public Administration Service Center.
After listening to the report of the leaders of the Commune People's Committee and making some proposals and recommendations, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Toan highly appreciated the efforts and proactive spirit of the Party Committee and the Commune Government in meeting the requirements of new tasks, ensuring smooth service to the people, without work congestion. He suggested that the Party Committee and the Commune Government in the coming time should focus on prioritizing the handling of work related to administrative procedure settlement. Review regulations and operating rules, assign specific tasks, close to the capacity and expertise of cadres, civil servants and public employees. Pay attention to people's lives, especially in the fields of health care, protection, education , vocational training and job creation for workers...

For related sectors, he requested timely support and guidance to maintain the smooth operation of the Public Administration Service Center and enhance digital transformation.
