In which, people are the fundamental element of PV Power culture, every member of PV Power is respected and cared for. PV Power people are always united, attached, loving and sharing with each other.

As a manufacturing and trading enterprise, the nature of the work always requires urgent solutions according to progress, so corporate culture is always focused on promoting communication work associated with training and self-training, through training courses, thematic activities, seminars, conferences, talks, etc.

Every year, PV Power always focuses on organizing corporate culture training courses such as: Self-management skills and effective work; Trustworthy culture to raise awareness of corporate culture and effective work culture in each individual.

In addition, the application of the achievements of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution is supporting workers to solve and speed up work progress. However, not everyone can master technology and needs to build a new corporate culture foundation associated with digital transformation.

The Trade Union at PV Power is supporting functional departments very well in propaganda, helping workers to get familiar with and master technology to serve their work better. Thereby improving labor productivity, reducing work pressure for employees.

Every year, PV Power pays special attention to communication work through synchronization throughout the system, from internal communication, closely linking with press agencies, conveying business performance results to social activities, building corporate culture on occasions of celebrating important holidays and events of the country and the unit.

PV Power implements the synchronous and unified use of the Group's brand/trademark seriously and in accordance with regulations.

In daily activities, PV Power has consistently used the new PV Power logo bearing the cultural mark of Petrovietnam, through the system of facilities, stationery, publications, products, internal news pages, website of the unit and instructions for units in the whole Corporation.

Updating Petrovietnam's cultural content in the regulations on the basis of synchronization and unification in implementation according to the Group's instructions, PV Power has directed and simultaneously implemented corporate cultural content at the Labor Conference at the Corporation's offices and all member units/affiliated units.

In particular, PV Power has deployed and included the content of implementing corporate culture in a separate chapter in the Collective Labor Agreement.

Looking back over the past years, right after overcoming difficult times during the COVID pandemic, in 2022, PV Power was honored as an Enterprise meeting business culture standards in 2022. This is truly something to be proud of but also a challenge for PV Power to always maintain its achievements.

Aware of the role of corporate culture in the sustainable development of the Corporation, all employees at PV Power clearly understand and seriously implement the regulations of Petrovietnam Culture in general and PV Power culture in particular.

Building and developing corporate culture in PV Power is an urgent issue, depending on many subjective and objective factors in different stages.

However, with the strong determination of the corporation's leaders to build a strong and sustainable enterprise in the electricity industry, PV Power's goal of building corporate culture is expected to achieve many achievements in the coming time.
