In 2024, the Fatherland Front at all levels in Nong Son district called on all classes of people to continuously consolidate and strengthen the strength of national solidarity. The Fund for the Poor mobilized nearly 697 million VND; supported the construction and repair of 9 solidarity houses for disadvantaged households.
The Fatherland Front at all levels coordinated, received and distributed nearly 2,000 gifts to the poor and those in especially difficult circumstances with a total value of nearly 1.1 billion VND. The Standing Committee of the District Fatherland Front Committee called for and received more than 478 million VND to support people in the northern provinces suffering from damage caused by storm No. 3.
To celebrate the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Traditional Day, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of 6 communes and towns coordinated to organize the National Great Unity Day with exciting cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities; commended 21 residential areas, solidarity groups and 42 exemplary households and individuals; and presented 213 gifts to support households in difficult circumstances.
On this occasion, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nong Son district commended 3 collectives and 6 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in 2024.
