Food safety inspection at examination sites

- From June 24 to 27, the Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection Team of the Department of Health and District Health Centers will inspect and supervise the operations of restaurants, eateries and collective kitchens at examination sites in the province.

Check the kitchen of the Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities.

The delegation will inspect restaurants, eateries, and food businesses; inspect food and fast food; inspect food safety conditions; health certificates; food safety knowledge of the owner and employees; inspect the water source in use and invoices and documents proving the origin of the food; coordinate with the examination board to directly inspect the kitchen serving the judges, the examination board, and the candidates.
