Cristiano Ronaldo was selected by coach Roberto Martinez to start and although he did not score, he still set a super record and together with his teammates got 3 thrilling points.
Accordingly, Ronaldo became the first player in history to play in 6 different EURO finals. Before the 2024 tournament in Germany, CR7 played with the maroon team in EURO 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2020. Among them, they won the title in 2016.
