After 2 years of implementing Resolution 12, the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police have focused on advising, organizing and implementing seriously, effectively and in accordance with the actual situation and have achieved important and comprehensive results in all aspects, ensuring compliance with the set goals, requirements and roadmap. The police force of communes and towns has thoroughly grasped and implemented well all aspects of police work, especially advising the Party Committee and authorities to direct and implement the work of fighting, preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law on security and order (ANTT); From July 2023 to present, the commune and town police have detected and handled 454 cases related to security and order, received 800 denunciations and crime reports, conducted preliminary inspections and verifications of 798 reports, handled 2,285 administrative violations, with a fine of 3.4 billion VND... Strengthening propaganda and mobilizing cadres and people to comply with the law on security and order, ensuring traffic order and safety; preventing and fighting fires and explosions; advising, guiding, maintaining and building many new practical and effective models in the movement of All people protecting national security; determined, striving, overcoming many difficulties, completing 100% of the target of citizens eligible for being granted citizen identification cards.
Focus, maximize, and devote all resources to investing in equipment and building and repairing headquarters and workplaces for the commune police force. Accordingly, the investment in building and repairing 26 commune police headquarters has been completed, with a total cost of 60.3 billion VND, of which 15 headquarters were newly built; 14 headquarters are under construction; the remaining commune police headquarters will be completed by 2025.

Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the efforts, attempts and achievements of the Provincial Police after 2 years of implementing Resolution 12, especially for the communal police force which has quickly stabilized its organization and overcome difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the assigned political tasks; at the same time, he pointed out 3 lessons learned in the process of consulting and organizing implementation, as well as sharing difficulties and obstacles from practice. In order to successfully implement the goals set out in Resolution 12, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Party Committee and leaders of the Provincial Police to closely follow the direction of the superiors and the key tasks set out to organize the implementation, focusing on building a clean and strong Party organization and police units in communes and towns; Thoroughly grasp and well implement the working motto "Police come to the people", "Close to the people, understand the people", "When the people need, when the people have difficulty, there is the police", for the peaceful and happy life of the people; continue to advise, implement and complete on schedule the construction of 100% of the headquarters and workplaces of the commune police by 2025; advise and prepare well for the organization of the launching ceremony of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level on July 1, 2024, in order to contribute with the police force of communes, wards and towns to ensure security and order.
