At the meeting, representatives of Tieng Hat Viet Company Limited - the program organizer, gave a specific report on the preparation process and organization.

Singer Dam Vinh Hung and the designer reported on the process of designing the costumes for the show. "According to the report, the costumes and accessories are only for decoration, creating an artistic effect, not for any other purpose," said Mr. Hoang Anh.

Vietnamese Voice Company Limited, singer Dam Vinh Hung, and designer accepted the opinions of relevant agencies in the meeting and said they will learn from experience in the next show.

"The Department recommends that event organizers and individuals participating in art performances need to further enhance their sense of responsibility, awareness, and pay attention to issues of costumes and presentation to avoid causing offense and having a negative impact on public opinion," said a Department representative.

To have a basis for proposing appropriate solutions, the Department will invite a number of experts in related fields to give their opinions. "After having a conclusion, we will proceed with the next steps," said Mr. Lam Ngo Hoang Anh.

Dam Vinh Hung affirms that he has no bad intentions as the baseless composite image shows.

On the evening of May 8, Dam Vinh Hung wrote a letter after receiving mixed opinions from the audience regarding his performance outfit at the live show held in Ho Chi Minh City on May 5.

The male singer took responsibility for his carelessness in causing an unfortunate incident that affected the entire crew.

"After a few days of listening to public opinion, reading analysis and comments from the public, I realized that I was a bit careless when causing unnecessary noise after my personal show. I do not blame the designer or avoid responsibility or choose to remain silent.

As an artist, I feel that I am not very profound, because I simply wanted to create a new style of performance costumes. I sincerely apologize to the audience and the crew. I affirm that I have no bad intentions like the baseless composite images on social networks," the male singer explained.

Dam Vinh Hung also emphasized that, with what he has received from life and career, he "is not foolish" to exchange it for unnecessary noise. He hopes to receive constructive contributions from the public so that he can improve himself every day.

"Once again, I hope everyone will sympathize and accept my apology. I always want to receive constructive contributions from the public so that I can improve every day," he wrote.

Previously, social networks were abuzz with discussions about the badges that Dam Vinh Hung wore on his costume when performing in the music night "Ngay em den sao troi" (mashup performance Hoi Tieu). Many people thought that these badges contained sensitive elements related to history.

The male singer also took a close-up photo of the badges pinned on his performance costumes and said the words on the badges are "High Quality Garment" which means quality in the garment industry.

At the same time, the "king of Vietnamese music" said he would not wear this outfit in the live show "Ngay em den sao troi" taking place on May 18 in Hanoi .
