Effective use of resources to make Minh Thanh a fairly developed commune in the province.

On the afternoon of August 6, the Minh Thanh Commune Party Committee held its first Congress for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress were Lieutenant General Khuat Viet Dung, Vice President of the Vietnam Veterans Association, member of the Science, Technology and Environment Committee of the 15th National Assembly. On the Tuyen Quang province side, there were comrade Vuong Ngoc Ha, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches. Attending the Congress were 156 delegates representing 750 party members of the entire Party Committee.

Minh Thanh commune was established on the basis of merging three communes: Minh Thanh, Binh Yen and Luong Thien. During the 2020-2025 term, despite facing many difficulties due to natural disasters and epidemics, the Party Committee, government and people of Minh Thanh commune have made efforts to overcome and complete the resolution targets. The average economic growth rate is quite good. Agricultural production has had positive changes with many high-tech application models and developed livestock farming. Rural infrastructure, traffic, schools and medical stations have received synchronous investment. The work of building the Party and the political system has been focused on, the organizational apparatus has been streamlined, effective and efficient.

The first Minh Thanh Commune Party Congress, term 2025-2030, has the theme: Promoting the tradition of the revolutionary homeland, enhancing the leadership capacity of the Party, the strength of great national unity, the will to rise up; mobilizing and effectively using resources to make Minh Thanh a fairly developed commune in the province.

The Congress set out 3 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs and specific target groups. Of which, the rate of Party members and Party organizations completing their annual tasks well reached 90%; the total value of products in the area reached 205 billion VND; the average income per capita reached 60 million VND/person/year; attracting over 135,000 tourists /year; forest coverage rate was 60%; the rate of online settlement records reached 98%...

Speaking at the Congress, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha praised the achievements of the Minh Thanh Commune Party Committee in the past time. He suggested that in the coming term, the Commune Party Committee focus on promoting the potential and strengths of the locality, expanding the area of ​​custard apple, orange, tea, medicinal herbs and large timber trees; promoting planning and infrastructure investment; building advanced new rural areas; developing tourism, preserving ethnic culture and improving people's lives...

The Congress announced the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee. Comrade Hua Thi Ha was appointed as Secretary of the Minh Thanh Commune Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; and appointed as a delegate to attend the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
